Rewards Terms

These terms tell you the rules for using our rewards app “MOD Pizza Rewards” (“App”). Please read these App Rules carefully before you use our App.

Our App is operated by MOD Pizza UK Limited (“MOD Pizza”, “we” or “us”). MOD Pizza is a limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 09678048 and our registered office is at 146 Freston Road, London W10 6TR.

You may share your personal data with us via our App – full details of how we use and store your personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy and it is important that you read this policy.

By downloading and using our App, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these App Rules together with our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these terms, then you must not use our App.


Our App requires a minimum of iOS 8 for iPhone or Android 8.0 for Android devices .You will need to check that our App is compatible with your device prior to downloading.


You may download a copy of the App onto your mobile devices and view, use and display the App on such devices for your personal, non-commercial use.

If you are under the age of 18, you may only download and use our App under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these App Rules.


Our App is provided to you “as is”, without support or maintenance. We do not warrant that our App will meet your requirements or that the operation of our App will be uninterrupted or error free. To the extent permitted by law we disclaim and exclude all warranties, representations, conditions and other terms of any kind, express or implied and whether arising by statute, common law or otherwise.


Our App will give you access to MOD Pizza’s rewards programme. This rewards program is available to all our customers in the UK. Once you are enrolled in the rewards programme, you can accumulate reward points and receive personalised offers and promotions.


You can enrol in our rewards programme by using the sign up process in the App. Your rewards account is personal to you and may not be transferred to anyone else. You may only have one rewards account with us.


The rewards available to you through the rewards programme are based on the rewards stamps you earn. Once you have signed up to our rewards programme, you will earn reward stamps on all qualifying purchases you make at out participating restaurants whether in person, through the App or the MOD website. The following count as qualifying purchases subject to the exclusions below:

  • MOD size pizzas or Mega size pizzas
  • Gluten Free pizzas
  • MOD size salads or Mega size salads
  • Pizza Salads

The following do not count as qualifying purchases:

  • Purchases made by redeeming your rewards
  • Any purchases made through 3rd party delivery services such as Uber Eats, Deliveroo, Just Eat, Jinn
  • Purchases as part of a promotional offer or discount where loyalty stamps are explicitly excluded from that offer

You will earn one reward stamp for every qualifying item purchased up to a maximum of 24 stamps in any one transaction. You will not earn any reward stamps on purchases that do not include a qualifying item.

You can add reward stamps to your balance for in restaurant purchases by scanning the bar code on your receipt using our App’s built-in scanning function or by scanning App QR code at the register at the time of purchase. Receipts must be scanned within seven days of issue to earn reward stamps and you may scan up to three receipts in any four hour period. You can check your balance at any time by looking at your reward account details in our App. However, please note that it may take up to 24 hours for new reward stamps to be credited to your account. Reward may only be added to the account of the person who paid for the qualifying purchase.

You may also be eligible to receive extra reward stamps through promotions which we run from time to time. Any such promotions will be subject to their own terms and conditions as well as these App Rules.

Once you have accumulated a sufficient number of reward stamps these will convert into a reward via our App (“Reward”). Full details of the available Rewards and the number of reward points required to unlock each Reward are shown in your reward account within our App. Once you have converted reward points into a Reward, you may redeem the Reward against a purchase from one of our participating restaurants. You may only use one Reward per visit and a Reward may not be combined with any other offer or voucher. Each Reward is valid for a period of 6 months.

Reward stamps and Rewards are made available purely for promotional purposes and have no cash value.

If you do not add stamps or redeem a reward for a period of 12 consecutive months, the balance of your reward stamps will expire.


We collect and store data such as your login details, mobile phone number, email address, reward stamps balance and details of your current Rewards and offers so that you can view this information via our App and do not have to to re-enter your login details every time you launch our App. We also collect a unique identifier for your mobile device so that we can link your device to your reward account for security purposes.

We collect technical information about the devices you use the App on and the functionality of the App that you access and use. This allows us to identify those areas of the App that are of interest to our customers so that we can refine and continuously improve the App.

We also collect information relating to your geographical location to better understand your purchasing behaviour and to provide you with offers and other information on offers.


As part of our rewards programme, we will send you updates about your reward stamp balance, your available Rewards and details of offers or promotions that we feel may be of interest to you. We will send these to you in accordance with your communication preferences that you gave to us when you signed up to our rewards programme – this may include via email and push notifications in our App. If you would like to change your communications preferences at any time, you may do so via your reward account settings in our App.


All intellectual property rights in our App are owned or licensed by MOD Pizza. All such rights are reserved. You may only use the App to participate in our rewards programme. You may not use our App or any content to generate any income of any kind. You may not use our App in any unlawful manner or for any unlawful purpose. You may not copy, adapt, modify reverse-engineer or create any derivative work based on our App.


If you breach of these terms or if we suspect fraudulent activity in relation to your reward account, we are entitled to terminate your use of our App immediately and without notice.

We also reserve the right to change, suspend, cease or terminate the App and the rewards programme at any time if we consider this necessary for legal, business or operational reasons.

Our App may contain links to other independent websites which are not provided by us. These links are provided for your information only. Such links should not be interpreted as approval by us of those linked websites or information you may obtain from them.

We do not review or monitor any of these websites and have no control over the contents of those sites or resources.


From time to time we may automatically update our App to improve performance, enhance functionality, reflect changes to the operating system or address security issues. Alternatively we may ask you to update the App for these reasons.

If you choose not to install such updates or if you opt out of automatic updates you may not be able to continue using our App or may not be able to access all of its functionality.


We may amend these App Rules from time to time and will ensure that the most up-to-date version is published within our App. If we make any material changes to these App Rules, we will notify you that the App Rules have changed when you next open our App. Every time you wish to use our App, please check these rules to ensure you understand the terms that apply at that time.


If we do not insist immediately that you do anything you are required to do under these terms, or if we delay in taking action against you when you are in breach of these terms, that will not prevent us enforcing these terms or taking action against you at a later date.


These App Rules and your use of our App shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
